15th February 2021: COVID-19 Level 2
We find ourselves again at COVID- 19 Level 2. As before, our three key focuses remain the same during this time are:
  • To keep our people safe – clients and staff
  • To keep our pets happy and healthy by continuing to provide vet services
  • To keep our client’s businesses running by continuing to provide vet services.

To do this we ask:

πŸ‘‰ Only visit your Anexa Vet clinic or meet our team on-farm if you are well, (eg. no runny noses, coughs or colds).
  • If you are unwell and have a pet consult please organise another person to bring your pet in for their consult.
  • If you are unwell and need product, organise another person to pick up the product for you.
  • If you are unwell and have a farm call booked, please let us know where the farm animal is so the vet can examine the animal, then discuss the case over the phone. Our staff will continue to follow high biosecurity standards.
  • If you are unwell and have a Milk quality consult or appointment booked catch up with your vet over the phone or via video call.
  • Alternatively, phone ahead to discuss options with our staff.
πŸ‘‰ We encourage you to phone ahead for product orders – 0800 284 3838. This way we can have what you need ready for pick up, reducing your wait time.

πŸ‘‰ We ask that you scan our QR codes or sign the visitor register provided and use hand sanitiser available.

πŸ‘‰ Anexa clinics we will be practising social distancing, please keep 2m apart from other clients and follow instructions from staff where required.

πŸ‘‰ We encourage contactless payment, options available are:
  • Our existing farming clients will be able to continue to put purchases on their accounts. For clients without an account, contactless payment is preferred, please see options below.
    ❌ Cash - we discourage cash as it puts you and our staff in a vulnerable position due to community spread (we can’t track its travel).
    βœ… EFTPOS - Is available, including paywave (limit $200).
    βœ… CREDIT CARD please provide your credit card details over the phone. This will minimise exposure, we will process the transaction and give you a call when your product is ready to collect.
    βœ… ACCOUNT - if you hold an account at Anexa, we can continue to put purchases on your account.
    βœ… Internet banking - Our account details are: BNZ Morrinsville, Bank Acct No. 02 0368 0024553
    Proof of payment is required before we can process your request, as you can imagine - that's a lot of transactions to match! It would really help us out if you label your transaction the following way:
    Particulars: Clinic product is purchased from eg. Huntly
    Code: Client number (this will be given to you by the Anexa staff member)
    Then, so we can match up all these purchases, email your banking screenshot to anexa.info@anexafvc.co.nz - we would really appreciate it if you could include the following info in your email.

    "PAYMENT" in the subject line and in the body of the email please include
    - Your preferred clinic
    - Your client number (this will be given to you by the Anexa staff member)
    - Your name and phone number
    - product purchased
πŸ‘‰ For pet consults we have a limit of 1 healthy client per consult, we may ask you to wear a mask in the consulting room.

πŸ‘‰ We are cleaning regularly and have strict hygiene measures in place.
