"I was a Farm Advisory Officer in Kaitia from 1980-82. I then actively farmed in partnership with Mary at Kereone from 1982 to 1995. From 1995 we have employed contract milkers. This has allowed me to go back consulting. I am currently a shareholder/ consultant at Headlands.

Being a director of Anexa Vets since 2009 and Chairperson since 2015 has been a rewarding experience. I have enjoyed working with the Board as well as Management on behalf of you, the farmer. The board has continued to improve reporting systems and encourage a positive staff culture.”
